Lieutenant-General Tukur Buratai (rtd) has vehemently denied allegations of terrorism financing, calling them false and damaging. His denial came via a statement from former Army spokesperson, Brig.-Gen. Sani Kukasheka Usman (rtd).
The statement asserted that no official body has ever linked Buratai to terror funding. It attributed the claims to personal assertions by Major-General Danjuma Ali-Keffi, demanding a retraction and apology to avoid legal action.
