Kogi State has initiated the bid opening for Phase 1 of its Livestock Service Centre (LSC) in Osara, Adavi. This project, supported by the World Bank through the Kogi L-PRES Project, aims to revitalize the state’s livestock sector and boost agricultural productivity.
Abdulkabir Otaru, the Kogi L-PRES coordinator, highlighted the commitment to transparency in the procurement process. With 29 firms submitting bids, the initiative seeks to improve productivity, create jobs, and ensure food security for Kogi citizens.
