Ogun State Government has warned against illegal occupancy of government properties and land grabbing, threatening legal action. This follows task force operations by the Bureau of Lands and Survey at Ijebu Smart City, Sagamu, and Abeokuta.
Special Adviser Segun Fowora noted unauthorized developments caused layout distortions and environmental issues. Task force head Fatai Adeboyejo urged the public to consult the Bureau for land ownership clarification to avoid demolition.
