Oyo State Police Command has commenced investigations into the abduction of Wale Oriade, an All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain in Ibadan. He was kidnapped by unknown gunmen on Wednesday evening near Akala Expressway as he left his office.
Police spokesperson Adewale Osifeso confirmed the incident, stating that investigations are ongoing. Oriade was reportedly forced into a blue Micra vehicle and driven to an unknown destination.
