Edo police arrest Ehinor, Sofia; Shagari held for kidnapping

The Edo State Police Command arrested teenage girls Believe Ehinor and Ofoma Sofia with an automatic pump-action shotgun, and separately apprehended suspected kidnapper Usman Shagari, linked to the abduction of Daniel Okoekhian and his wife.
