Senator Adams Oshiomhole has vehemently criticized former Transportation Minister Rotimi Amaechi for what he termed “poor judgment and misplaced priorities” during his time in office. Oshiomhole specifically condemned Amaechi for allegedly shutting down the Rivers State judiciary for almost two years and for constructing a railway line to Niger Republic instead of prioritizing economically crucial domestic routes like Port Harcourt or Kano. He described Amaechi’s decisions as “most terrible,” questioning the strategic and economic benefits of such projects.
