Sporty TV unveils free-to-air premium sports packages for Nigerian audience

Sporty TV, a free-to-air sports network, has rolled out new content packages for the Nigerian audience, offering premium sports at no cost to viewers.

Sporty TV, a rapidly growing free-to-air sports network, announced on Sunday, October 19, 2025, the launch of extensive new content packages designed to provide the Nigerian market with premium sports viewing at no cost.
​Oluchi Enuha, executive representative of the network in Nigeria, stated that the initiative, unveiled on October 17, would “revolutionise sports broadcasting in Nigeria.”

The network also announced a key partnership with the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and other international media organizations to bolster content delivery.
​Enuha emphasized the value to viewers, stating:
​“This is an unprecedented delivery of value and premium content at no cost to the Nigerian viewer. We are delivering more than 600 live events including the English Premier League, Spanish La Liga, German Bundesliga and South American football.”

​The packages also include some Super Eagles 2026 World Cup qualifying matches (play-offs), the FIFA Club World Cup, the 2026 FIFA World Cup finals and the recent 2025 World Athletics Championships in Japan. Sporty TV aims for broad accessibility via its YouTube channel and mobile applications.
