The Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun, will inaugurate 57 new Senior Advocates of Nigeria as the Supreme Court opens its 2025/2026 legal year.
The Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun, will on September 29 swear in 57 new Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SANs) at the Supreme Court’s 2025/2026 legal year ceremony.
Supreme Court spokesperson Dr. Festus Akande confirmed the event, adding that the CJN will deliver a State-of-the-Judiciary address reviewing the court’s performance in 2024/2025.
Other justice sector leaders will also present speeches on challenges and reforms.
