MALLORCA — Former U.S. First Lady Michelle Obama was pictured enjoying lunch with her daughters, Malia and Sasha, at the upscale Lobster Club in Puerto Portals on the Spanish island of Mallorca.
Photos obtained by the Daily Mail showed Michelle, 61, in sunglasses and a vibrant print dress, joined by James Costos, former U.S. Ambassador to Spain, and his partner Michael Smith.
Malia, 26, wore a chic halter crop top and mini skirt, while Sasha, 24, appeared relaxed in an off-shoulder white tee and brown pleated skirt. Notably absent was former President Barack Obama.
The outing follows persistent rumors regarding the Obamas’ marriage. Michelle recently addressed the speculation on The Diary of a CEO podcast, stating, “If I were having problems with my husband, everybody would know about it.”
She also emphasized, “I am not that position. I am Michelle,” rejecting formal titles during a separate podcast appearance.
The Obamas have vacationed with Costos and Smith before, including in Palm Springs.
