Tom Homan, Border Czar under Donald Trump, has issued a stark warning of an imminent large-scale terror attack, likening it to “9/11 or worse.”
Speaking on Fox News, Homan blamed the Biden administration’s immigration policies for enabling security threats. He highlighted the estimated two million “gotaways”—migrants who entered illegally and were not apprehended—saying, “These 2 million known gotaways scares the hell out of me.”
Homan continued, “This scares the hell out of me and I’ve been doing this for 40 years… I’m convinced something’s coming unless we can find them.”
His comments follow a recent attack in Boulder, Colorado, where Egyptian national Mohamed Sabry Soliman allegedly injured 12 people using a makeshift flamethrower.
Soliman had entered on a tourist visa in 2022, obtained asylum and a work permit, which expired in March. The Trump White House cited the incident as evidence of lax immigration enforcement under President Biden.
