UBA Graduates 374 Professionals: United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc has celebrated the graduation of 374 young professionals from its Graduate Management Accelerator Programme (GMAP) Cohort 21. The ceremony in Lagos marked the completion of a talent development scheme aimed at equipping them for success in the banking sector.
Focus on Future Leadership: The graduates, comprising 223 women and 151 men from eight African countries, were urged by UBA’s leadership to prioritize customer service and excellence. Group Chairman Tony Elumelu emphasized service as a key differentiator in an increasingly commoditized banking landscape.
