Presidential aide Frederick Nwabufo has criticised Peter Obi’s recent television appearance, saying it revealed a lack of concrete policy proposals from the opposition leader.
Senior Special Assistant to the President on Public Engagement, Frederick Nwabufo, criticised Peter Obi’s recent Channels Television interview, saying it exposed the opposition leader’s lack of policy depth.
Nwabufo argued that Obi failed to present a concrete alternative agenda or articulate clear policy proposals during the appearance. He also rejected Obi’s claim that he could unite Nigeria, saying Obi did not explain how he would achieve national cohesion, adding that unity requires inclusive governance, economic integration and equitable citizenship.
According to The Nation, Nwabufo maintained that the Renewed Hope Agenda is delivering visible benefits nationwide and accused Obi of overlooking the administration’s reforms.
