Police order probe into disruption of PDP, NDC meetings by gunmen in Enugu

Police Investigate Enugu Political Attacks

Enugu State Police Commissioner Bitrus Giwa has ordered a probe into recent gun attacks disrupting meetings of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC). Police spokesperson Daniel Ndukwe confirmed the investigation after gunmen reportedly injured two at an NDC meeting and destroyed property at a PDP rally on Saturday, September 12.
