Nigeria’s National Agricultural Seed Council (NASC) and the Foundation for Partnership Initiatives in the Niger Delta (PIND) have inked a two-year deal. This partnership aims to boost access to certified seeds for farmers in the Niger Delta region, strengthening community seed production and local enterprises.
The MoU, signed in Abuja, will combine NASC’s regulatory role with PIND’s market expertise to enhance seed quality assurance and investment in Nigeria’s seed industry.
