LIST: APC releases list of disqualified Reps aspirants across states

The APC has released a list of House of Representatives aspirants disqualified from contesting its 2027 primaries across several states.

The All Progressives Congress has released a list of House of Representatives aspirants marked “not cleared” across several states ahead of its 2027 National Assembly primaries, according to The Punch.

The list, covering Ondo, Bauchi, Ebonyi, Kogi and Rivers states, was contained in a statement signed by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka.
According to the statement, “The screening exercise was conducted by the Party’s Screening Committees in line with established procedures and guidelines.”

Notable affected aspirants include Hon. Adefisoye Tajudeen, Hon. Idu Igariwe, Sanni Salau Ogembe and Boma Goodhead.
The party did not provide reasons for their disqualification.
Meanwhile, Jamila Mani emerged winner of the APC primary in Katsina, while primaries in parts of Adamawa were disrupted due to the absence of officials.
