EXCLUSIVE: How coup suspect mocked Tinubu after Independence Day parade was cancelled

A Nigerian Navy lieutenant commander, Bayawo Abdullahi, admitted sending a message calling President Bola Tinubu “scared” after the October 1 Independence Day parade was cancelled.
