The Nigerian naira concluded the week with a N2.60 loss against the US dollar in the official foreign exchange market. It settled at N1,450.42, marking a 0.17 percent depreciation from Thursday’s N1,447.82 level.
This consistent downward movement reflects ongoing fragility in the official window. Earlier in the week, the currency saw declines, trading at N1,447.64 on Wednesday and N1,445.39 on Tuesday.
