Residents and plot owners of NICON Town Estate in Lekki, Lagos, have urged the state High Court to dismiss an originating summons filed by Harris Dredging Limited and NTMC Plc, advocating for a full trial to address complex factual disputes.
The defendants argue an originating summons is improper for allegations of fraud and conflicting ownership claims. Justice Olukayode Ogunjobi adjourned the case to February 19, 2026, to determine the trial format.
