In an infuriating move, activist judge orders the Trump administration to release 615 illegals who were swept up during Operation Midway Blitz in Chicago.
“This deals a major blow to federal efforts to detain and deport as many undocumented people as possible.”
“He is ordering the continued review of people in custody and the release of those in custody…it applies to all 3,000 people arrested by ICE and CBP from June-October…but it mainly applies to 615 people in custody all across the country.”
“Of those 3,000, they believe 1,100 left voluntarily because they gave up.”
