The ‘I Kissed a Girl’ singer was pictured embracing and kissing her new love on the upper deck, as tourists on a whale-watching boat passed by – and snapped photos.

It looks like Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau are officially a couple!
Months after they first sparked dating rumors, the 40-year-old “Teenage Dream” singer and the 53-year-old former Prime Minister of Canada were spotted packing on the PDA while enjoying a day out on a boat off the coast of Santa Barbara, Calif.
In the photos obtained by The Daily Mail, Katy and Justin were seen kissing and embracing each other while aboard a boat. Katy can be seen wearing a black bathing suit while Justin showed the tattoo on his left arm while going shirtless and wearing jeans.
The pictures were taken late last month by a passenger on a passing tourist boat.
“She pulled up her boat next to a small public whale-watching boat, then they started making out,” the eyewitness told the outlet. “I didn’t realize who she was with until I saw the tattoo on the guy’s arm and I immediately realized it was Justin Trudeau.”
Katy and Justin first sparked dating rumors back in July when they were spotted grabbing dinner together in Montreal while she was in town while on her Lifetimes Tour. Days after their dinner, Justin attended her concert.
