Police in Enugu State have apprehended a 23-year-old man, Nnaji Chidiebere, suspected of vandalizing a transformer. He was discovered unconscious and injured at the scene on Ogbaike Road.
The arrest followed tips from community members. The suspect was hospitalized for treatment and further investigations are underway to uncover any accomplices.
