The Federal Government has significantly boosted the annual robe allowance for legal officers within the Ministry of Justice and the Legal Aid Council of Nigeria. Previously set at N300,000, the allowance has now surged to N1m, marking a 233% increase. This adjustment is part of a revised allowance structure approved by the National Salaries, Incomes and Wages Commission for legal professionals in the federal public service.
