The EFCC has recovered over N115 billion and $84 million in NDDC levies from 24 oil companies. Initially owing N76.88 billion and $81.08 million, some companies paid directly to NDDC, while the EFCC released the bulk of recovered funds. The Senate is investigating these financial obligations.
