A fire has erupted at Terminal 2 of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Ikeja. The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) confirmed the incident. Their Aerodrome Rescue and Firefighting Service is actively working to contain the blaze. Fortunately, no casualties have been reported.
FAAN spokesperson Henry Agbebire stated that updates will follow as more information becomes available. The exact start time of the fire was not disclosed.
