The exchange rate for the U.S. dollar to the naira at the Lagos Parallel (Black) Market on Sunday, April 19, 2026, shows traders selling at ₦1,400 per dollar and buying at ₦1,390 per dollar, according to Bureau De Change (BDC) sources.
