The United States government on Sunday officially praised the Nigerian administration for accelerating the prosecution of long-delayed terrorism cases, following the recent conviction of 386 Islamist militants. In a statement released via X, a Senior Advisor for Arab and African Affairs at the U.S. Department of State characterized the legal milestone as a vital step toward accountability and the rule of law.
