The Yoruba Commitment Group has praised President Tinubu for removing Sunday Igboho from the wanted list, calling the move statesmanlike and reconciliatory.
The Yoruba Commitment Group (YCG) has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for approving the removal of Yoruba activist Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Igboho, from the Federal Government’s wanted list. The group described the decision as “magnanimous and statesmanlike.”
In a statement, YCG said, “Today, we join well-meaning men and women… to celebrate the return of the defender of our pride, Sunday Igboho.” The group also praised traditional rulers for securing the development, adding, “We thank you, and so do our ancestors! You are a worthy son of Oduduwa.”
