Say what you want about Jake Paul. The man has guts.
Anthony Joshua delivered the knockout, dropping Paul midway through the sixth round of their Netflix main event.
The two-time unified heavyweight champion and Olympic gold medalist needed just six of the scheduled eight rounds to end it.
Footage circulating after the fight suggests Paul may have suffered a broken jaw.
Brutal.
But here’s the thing: Paul got in the ring.
He took a fight nobody expected him to take against a legitimate heavyweight who stood five inches taller and 30 pounds heavier.
Joshua has an Olympic gold medal and 26 knockouts.
Paul had every reason to say no.
He didn’t.

survived five rounds, got dropped twice in the fifth, answered the bell, and kept coming until Joshua finished it in the sixth.
That’s not nothing.
Trump weighed in from Air Force One en route to North Carolina:
“He did really well, especially as a display of great courage against a very talented and large Anthony Joshua.
Fantastic entertainment, but kudos to Jake for his stamina and frankly, ability, against a much bigger man!”
Win or lose, Paul proved he’s willing to test himself against the best.
