The Director-General of the World Trade Organisation (WTO), Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, has urged Niger Delta states to establish special economic zones.
She emphasized that the region possesses the potential to become Nigeria’s next industrial hub, comparable to Lagos, but stressed the necessity of effective policies and adequate infrastructure.
