LAWMA Acts Against Illegal Dumping: The Lagos Waste Management Authority (LAWMA) has terminated the services of sweepers and a service provider accused of indiscriminate waste disposal along the Oworonshoki-Berger corridor.
The agency’s boss, Muyiwa Gbadegesin, stated that investigations confirmed worker involvement. LAWMA vows to continue strict enforcement against anyone contributing to waste problems, regardless of their role.
