Justice Akintayo Aluko cited abuse of court process, stating the defendants sought to indirectly overturn a prior ruling. The initial March 30 injunction aimed to preserve funds owed to the claimant. A subsequent May 4 ruling modified this, allowing a bank guarantee or bond. Petrocam’s attempt to vary these conditions was deemed an improper attempt to relitigate a decided matter.
