Two men have been arrested by the Kebbi State Police Command in connection with the abduction of three military recruits in Zamfara State. The recruits, all from Kebbi, were taken in July along the Kwanan Mayanchi–Gurusu road. Police identified the suspects and noted one made ‘useful disclosures’ during questioning. The victims have since been released.
