NNPC’s numbers keep climbing. Per Tribune Online, the company’s Monthly Financial and Operations Report shows cumulative statutory payments to the Federation between January and June 2026 rose to N6.286 trillion, reflecting sustained revenue contributions to the nation.
Crude oil and condensate production dipped slightly to 1.72 million barrels per day, down from 1.73 million in May, due to operational disruptions and subsurface challenges. Natural gas production, however, rose to 7.841 mmscf/d.
The OB3 Gas Pipeline project hit 98% completion, targeting First Gas in August 2026, while the AKK Gas Pipeline reached 94% completion, supporting early gas delivery to Abuja this year.
