A man, Samaila Kaigama, has been arraigned by the State Security Service (SSS) for allegedly soliciting funds for ISWAP and Boko Haram. Kaigama is accused of raising money from the public while negotiating the release of kidnap victims, with the knowledge that the funds would finance terrorist activities.
