Ebonyi’s Health, Education Budgets Lagging
Ebonyi State allocated a mere 6.2% of its health capital budget in the first half of 2026, releasing only N2.05 billion of N33.37 billion. Education also lagged, receiving just 10.69% of its N140.29 billion capital budget. This underperformance occurred despite the state recording N210.64 billion in total revenues.
