Stakeholders in Nigeria’s health sector have pinpointed insecurity, workforce shortages, and inadequate funding as critical barriers to achieving universal health coverage (UHC).
These concerns were highlighted at the fourth annual scientific conference of the College of Health Sciences, Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, which focused on overcoming healthcare access and workforce challenges amid insecurity.
