Cross River State has signed a 25-year concession agreement for the Obudu Ranch Resort with Living Curation Real Estate Limited. The deal, signed in Calabar, aims for comprehensive rehabilitation and development. Attorney-General Ededem Ani highlighted this as a key step in Governor Bassey Otu’s tourism agenda, expecting significant private sector investment to boost the state’s tourism potential and create economic opportunities.
