Court Upholds David Mark’s ADC Leadership
A Federal High Court in Abuja has dismissed a lawsuit challenging the leadership of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) under former Senate President David Mark. The court ruled that the new leadership’s emergence complied with the party’s constitution and relevant laws. A member of the House of Representatives, Leke Abejide, had sued the party, its former chairperson Ralph Nwosu, Mr. Mark, and the National Secretary Rauf Aregbesola, along with INEC.
