Cardinal Fabio Baggio highlighted that criminal syndicates exploit digital platforms to ensnare vulnerable individuals through online scams and deceptive job offers. This trend is increasingly prevalent across both continents.
The call comes during the Pathways to Freedom Africa Network (PFAN) summit in Abuja, which focuses on inclusive strategies to end human trafficking and aid marginalized populations.
