The Nigerian Institute of Transport Technology (NITT) has partnered with the Workbridge Empowerment Foundation to train women as professional drivers. Over 100 women are already enrolled in the pilot phase. NITT will provide training and certification, while Workbridge will handle recruitment. This initiative aims to bridge the gender gap in the transport sector and create employment opportunities for women.
