A Nigerian fashion designer based in Scotland, Tobilola Tonueyi, has launched ‘Heritage Confluence,’ a project to promote Yoruba fabric and explore Scottish tartan and Nigerian aso-oke.
The project, inaugurated in Paisley, Scotland, aims to foster understanding between Scottish and Nigerian textile traditions, celebrating heritage while encouraging contemporary dialogue and innovation.
