President Donald Trump has declared on Truth Social that 1,000 US missiles are “locked and loaded” and aimed at Iran, with standing orders already given to the US military to completely decimate the country should Iran carry out its alleged plot to assassinate him.
Donald Trump has put Iran on notice — in the most direct terms possible.
In a post on Truth Social on Friday, the US President declared that the American military already has standing orders to launch a massive retaliatory strike against Iran should the Islamic Republic act on its alleged assassination plot against him.
“1000 Missiles are Locked and Loaded and aimed at the Islamic Republic of Iran, with thousands of more to immediately follow, should the Iranian Government act on its threat, pronounced in many corners of the Globe, to assassinate, or attempt to assassinate, the sitting President of the United States of America, in this case, ME!” Trump wrote.
He went further, describing the scope of the standing order: “Orders have already been given, and the U.S. Military is ready, willing, and able, for a one year period of time, subject to extension, to completely decimate and destroy all areas of Iran.”
The statement follows Israeli intelligence shared with Washington alleging a specific Iranian assassination plot against Trump — a threat that has intensified against the backdrop of Iran’s longstanding public vow to avenge the 2020 killing of Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps General Qassem Soleimani, ordered by Trump during his first term.
Tensions escalated further during the burial of former Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei — killed during the US-Israel Operation Epic Fury on February 28 — where mourners displayed banners bearing the inscription: “Trump we will kill you.”
According to Gazette NGR, US forces have since resumed bombing Iran following the collapse of a ceasefire agreement. The crisis was triggered by the killing of Khamenei and approximately 40 top Iranian officials during Operation Epic Fury.
Trump’s Truth Social post represents his most explicit public threat against Iran to date.
