The Federal Government has filed a 10-count charge against three men accused of terrorism, kidnapping and other offences linked to the abduction of pupils and teachers in Oyo State.

The Federal Government has filed a 10-count charge before the Federal High Court in Abuja against three men over the kidnapping of pupils and teachers from a school in Oriire, Oyo State. Abdulrazak Umar, Yunusa Musa and Shamsu Adamu Sani, all from Suleja, Niger State, face charges including terrorism, kidnapping, concealment, incitement and illegal mining, according to Punch.
Prosecutors allege the trio conspired with three others between January and May to carry out the abduction, in breach of the Terrorism (Prevention and Prohibition) Act, 2022. They are also accused of concealing information about the identities of the alleged masterminds.
