Casefile Update
Judge Binta Nyako received an update on a missing casefile linking police to businessman John Anozie’s 2017 disappearance. His wife, Nnenna Anozie, filed a contempt suit against the IGP for ignoring a September 2025 order to release the file. Her lawyer, Vincent Adodo, reported the file found, pending certification. The judge will decide by July 24 whether to continue the contempt proceedings.
