Man saves autistic boy from monorail tracks at Hersheypark

A man jumped onto the monorail tracks at Hersheypark, Pennsylvania, to rescue a missing boy with autism.

The child had entered a restricted area and remained there nearly 20 minutes before briefly walking on the track, WGAL reported. The park said the guest noticed the child and acted immediately. “We are grateful for the vigilance of our guests and the swift response of our team,” Hersheypark stated.
