A Magistrates’ Court in Isabo, Abeokuta, has ordered the remand of three suspects — Sodeinde Olajunwon Phillip, Sobu Obafunsho, and Shakirudeen Ayoola — for 60 days over the murder of ex-OGTV broadcaster Kitan Oyesiku and her guard, Pelumi Adetayo, Tribune Online reports.

Chief Magistrate O.T. Odubanjo granted the remand at the Nigeria Correctional Centre, Oba, pending advice from the Director of Public Prosecutions. Police legal officer AS Abiodun told the court that a 24-paragraph affidavit and 17 exhibits accompanied the application.

Oyesiku, a retired OGTV staffer, and her guard were found dead at her Agodo residence last June.
