144 Dead or Missing Off Mauritania Coast: UNHCR
The UN Refugee Agency reported a tragic incident where 144 refugees and migrants are dead or missing after a perilous sea journey from West Africa towards Europe. Survivors of one boat tragedy, which left 143 missing or dead, are recovering in hospital.
