Katsina Appoints New Secretaries
Gov. Radda Strengthens Civil Service
Katsina State Governor Dikko Radda has appointed four new permanent secretaries to bolster the state civil service. Approved by Gov. Radda, the appointments were announced Thursday by Falalu Bawale, State Head of Civil Service, via a statement from Ibrahim Almu-Gafai. New secretaries include Hussaini Hamisu, Abdu Usman, Sani Suleiman, and Shamsuddeen Yahaya, selected for their competence and commitment.
