Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen has revealed plans to return to school and earn a university degree once he retires from professional football.

The Galatasaray forward and Super Eagles striker said he hopes to earn a university degree after retiring from football, according to an Instablog TV interview reported by Vanguard.
“Football, you won’t play for so long, probably 20, 25 years, and then you’re done,” the 27-year-old said, adding that getting a degree would let him “set an example” for younger generations.
Osimhen also encouraged young people who dropped out of school due to challenges, saying, “School is always there.” He did not specify when or what he plans to study.
