The DMW boss placed a wager on the Group C clash between the Super Eagles and Tanzania in Fes, Morocco, backing both teams to score.
Nigeria defeated Tanzania 2-1 on Tuesday, validating Davido’s prediction. The Taifa Stars took an early lead against the run of play, despite Nigeria dominating possession for most of the encounter. The Super Eagles responded with an equaliser before mounting sustained pressure in search of a winner.
